While the top badminton players of the world compete at DANISA DENMARK OPEN 2018 presented by VICTOR, a great amount of Danish badminton talents spend their holiday playing the side tournament VICTOR DENMARK JUNIOR 2018 presented by DANISA. Why? According to the kids, because it’s a whole lot of fun.

Paarup Hallerne in Odense is one of six arenas, that make the foundation for the tournament VICTOR DENMARK JUNIOR presented by DANISA, which is a side tournament under DANISA DENMARK OPEN presented by VICTOR.

All around Odense, matches between more than a thousand youth players are going on the entire week alongside the main tournament.

The many young players have chosen to spend their holiday solely on badminton as they both play themselves while also getting to watch the stars of the sport do the same:

After every day of playing and socializing, the participants of VICTOR DENMARK JUNIOR presented by DANISA are transported to Odense Idrætshal, where they can watch their idols fighting for victory.

But why would one spend most of their holiday off from school playing and watching badminton? We asked the young contestants that exact question.

VICTOR DENMARK JUNIOR presented by DANISA started Wednesday and will continue until saturday where the finals will be played.
